I love Wordle word clouds, but have just played with Tagxedo. This is what I created in minutes.


There are so many shapes, fonts colours etc to choose from. If you haven’t tried it it’s worth a look. No sign up, free. I think the kids will love it. It gives a URL code and can be printed. I printed mine to OneNote and saved a jpeg from there. Here’s the link if you want to try it.
